Rebekah Ratliff is a Mediator, Arbitrator and Neutral Analyst with JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution services in the world. Ms. Ratliff is a credentialed former insurance claims professional with more than 25 years of experience in evaluating, negotiating and settling complex casualty claims loss matters, both nationwide and internationally. Having a wide range of subject matter expertise, she managed and held the authority to negotiate and resolve matters for global commercial insurance carriers, with settlements totaling in the millions. Seeing the structural disparities in the insurance industry and related spaces, Ms. Ratliff founded CCM Consulting Associates, LLC and provides consultation across the country on a variety of DEI issues in the insurance, corporate, law enforcement industries and beyond. CCM’s mission is to explore, assess and eliminate constructs that continue to enable implicit bias, racism and other limitations placed on minorities and women. Ms. Ratliff is an internationally sought-after presenter, panelist and lecturer in the insurance and legal industries, with a network spanning the globe.
Ms. Ratliff produces executive level training and programming and collaborates on industry initiatives on topics such as Women in Leadership, Negotiation skills, Cultural Competency and DE & I, commanding audiences from all over the world. Ms. Ratliff actively serves in leadership across the insurance and legal industries. She is the 2nd Vice Chair of the National Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section and the Diversity Committee Vice-chair of the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section. Ms. Ratliff is the recipient of various prestigious awards to include the Business Insurance Women to Watch honor in 2021, Insurance Business America (“IBA”) Leading the Change (2020), IBA HOT 100 (2020, 2021 and 2022) and IBA Elite Women (2021 and 2022). She received a Presidential Volunteer Service Lifetime Achievement Award, Gwinnett Chamber Pinnacle Award, and a 7th U.S. District (IL) Congressional Award, for her work in alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Ratliff is a native of Chicago, IL, and graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana, holding a degree in Psychology. She is based in Atlanta, GA and operates internationally.
