Rebekah Ratliff is a native of Chicago, Illinois. A University of Illinois graduate, she is degreed in the discipline of Psychology. Ms. Ratliff is a credentialed former insurance professional with expertise in complex casualty claims loss matters. Rebekah spent 25 years as a Claims Professional, managing civil cases nationwide and as a global consultant in numerous areas including, but not limited to Products Liability, Trucking and Auto Liability, Medical Malpractice, Commercial Premises Liability, Construction Defect, Nursing Home Liability, as well as Personal Injury/Wrongful Death. Rebekah evaluated and negotiated high exposure cases for global casualty insurance carriers, with settlements totaling in the millions.
Having supervised countless law firms and evaluated thousands of cases, Rebekah is masterful in navigating the negotiation process and remains committed to mediation as a first choice in dispute resolution. She is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution as a civil and domestic Mediator and Arbitrator and serves on the FINRA panel of Arbitrators and the CPR Panels of Distinguished Neutrals. Ms. Ratliff provides mediation and arbitration services exclusively through JAMS and offers Neutral Evaluation services to assist Plaintiff and Defense clients with early resolution. Ms. Ratliff is an adjunct professor at Howard University School of Law. She has been recognized with various prestigious honors and industry awards. Seeing the structural disparities in the insurance industry and public entity spaces, Ms. Ratliff founded CCM Consulting Associates, LLC. The mission of CCM is to explore, assess and eliminate constructs that continue to enable implicit bias, racism and other limitations placed on minorities and women. She provides consultation services nationally, on a variety of DEI issues in the insurance and public entity industries and beyond. Ms. Ratliff is an internationally sought-after presenter, panelist and lecturer in the insurance and legal industries with a network spanning the globe. Ms. Ratliff designs and produces executive level training and programming on topics such as Conflict Resolution and Negotiation skills and Cultural Competency and DE & I, commanding audiences from all over the world.
